As the founder of Not Just Girls, I had the privilege of witnessing how initiatives like Girls on Track are inspiring young women to pursue careers in STEAM fields. Through meaningful conversations with girls aged 12-14, it became clear that with the right support, they are confident and driven to follow their passions without hesitation.
