Attending the Girls on Track event at the University of South Wales, Trinity Saint David, was an eye-opening experience that showcased the power of mentorship and the importance of breaking down gender barriers in motorsport. As the founder of Not Just Girls, I had the privilege of witnessing how initiatives like Girls on Track are inspiring young women to pursue careers in STEAM fields. Through meaningful conversations with girls aged 12-14, it became clear that with the right support, they are confident and driven to follow their passions without hesitation.
